The name, Caleb Ephraim, represents bravery and fertility. The founder believes that brave individuals capture the leadership skills to promote thriving, fertile, and successful communities. The adopted philosophy when determining projects for existing communities, is identifying the essential individual needs that will impact the community as a whole. With community initiatives, residents need representation of brave leadership who can create initiatives that will thrive.
Syheita Rhoden believes communities need individuals who will be the voice to county agencies and community stakeholders. Great leadership can communicate and illustrate how community issues can be resolved. Once this is accomplished, the communities can flourish into a fertile, thriving, and growing staple for the upcoming generations.
